第10回手術基本手技講習会が開催されました
令和4年9月10日（土）に群馬大学医学部附属病院外科診療センター主催で、「第10回手術基本手技講習会」を開催しました。新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響でここ数年開催できていませんでしたが、今年はしっかりとした感染対策を行うことで、県内外から27名の研修医の先生に、7名の外部講師の先生方にご参加いただき、無事に講習会を開催することができました。講習会の内容としては、①開腹、閉創ブース(埋没縫合・結紮)、②縫合、結紮ブース(鏡視下縫合結紮・血管吻合)、③剥離、切離ブース(腫瘍摘出・血管露出)、④腸管吻合ブース(手縫い吻合・器械吻合)の4つのブースに分かれて、研修医の先生には30分ごとに全ブースをローテーションしていただきました。各ブースでは、乳腺内分泌外科、心臓血管外科、呼吸器外科、肝胆膵外科、消化管外科、小児外科から参加した講師の先生とほぼマンツーマンでじっくりと手術基本手技のトレーニングをご参加いただいた先生に行ってもらいました。また、講習会の最後に心臓血管外科手術手技Off the Job Training証明書の授与を行いました。 一人でも多くの若手の先生方に外科の魅力を体感していただきたいとの思いで始めた講習会ですが、ご参加いただいた先生方の真剣で楽しそうな姿をみて、記念すべき第10回も十分意義の深い講習会となったと感じました。今後もこのような講習会を通して、群馬県の外科志望者の増加、ひいては外科全体の医療技術水準を底上げし、患者さんへと還元できるよう全力を尽くしていきたいと考えています。
