シニアレジデント対象のCST (Cadaver Surgical Training) が開催されました。
令和2年10月10日（土）に総合外科学講座主催で、「シニアレジデント対象カダバ―サージカルトレーニング2020－外科専門医取得を目指して－」が群馬大学大学院群馬手術手技研修センターで開催されました。カダバーとは生前の御意志に基づいて献体された御遺体のことで、この御遺体を使わせていただいて手術手技の修練や研究開発を行うことをカダバーサージカルトレーニング（CST）と呼びます。総合外科学では昨年度より1年目の外科専攻医に対象を特化したCSTを行っており、本年度も現在研修中の8名の外科専攻医が参加しました。本CSTの最大の特徴は、専攻医が1日がかりで頭頚部、胸部、腹部の外科解剖、手術操作を学ぶもので、総合外科の強みを生かし、乳腺内分泌外科、心臓血管外科、呼吸器外科、肝胆膵外科、消化管外科、小児外科から講師が参加し（専攻医8名に対して講師陣16名）、必要な解剖学的知識と基本的な手術手技を実践的に学ぶ点です。ドライラボやアニマルラボではなく、人体に接することでしか得られない様々な知識と技術の習得に繋がる充実した研修となりました。総合外科学講座では、御遺体を献体いただいた皆様の尊い御遺志を活かすよう、引き続きこうした研修を通して外科全体の医療技術水準を底上げし、患者さんへと還元することに努めてまいります。
