小児重症心不全患者を救いたい！超小型人工心臓の開発」のクラウドファンディングは 760人の方々より30,980,000円の御寄附を頂き 最終目標額を達成して 2021年12月16日終了致しました。 皆様の御協力にこころより感謝申し上げます。 ありがとうございました。
心不全など、薬での治療も難しい重度の循環器の患者さんの命を救うためには「心臓移植」が有効です。しかしながら、心臓移植が必要になってから実際にドナーが見つかり移植できるまでには、平均4年間と多くの時間が必要です。その「待つ時間」に重要なのが「人工心臓」です。
小児の心臓移植はドナーが少ないため「移植を待つ時間」も長くなりますが、成人用人工心臓と比較して、小児用人工心臓は開発が遅れています。
ドナーを待つ時間も安心して過ごせるように、超小型磁気浮上モータを用いた、長期間使用できる耐久性も優れた小児用体内埋込型人工心臓の開発を進めるための費用を、クラウドファンディングサイト「READYFOR」にて、募ることとなりました。
